Okay, there's two ways to enter this contest. First, you can enter at the website. Give them your information, with an essay about why it “Pays To Eat Pasta.” Once you've done that, the site will ask you to forward the site address on to your friends. For each friend you forward the address to, you get an additional entry to the contest.

If you don't want to forward this around to everyone, print your information on an index card and send it in with a stamped #10 envelope (that's the long business-type envelope), postmarked before November 1st. The first mail-in entry you send will count as 31 entries. Each one after that counts as one additional entry.
