The hospital staff will be providing free health screenings, and you'll also get plenty of valuable tips and lots of information to promote the health of your heart. The hospital wants you to become more active in taking care of your own health, with your physician's assistance, and they're hoping to provide education and resources to help you with that goal.

You'll be able to pick up education health materials at the fair, information on nutrition, smoking-cessation resources and tips, and take part in a series of health screenings. You can get your blood pressure checked, a height and weight analysis, a body fat analysis, measure your oxygen saturation and carbon monoxide levels, get a cholesterol test. (The hospital suggests a twelve-hour fast if you want to take part in the cholesterol screening.) There will also be glucose testing, and stroke education.
