If you're near UCLA, and you're looking for some free movies to watch, check out this offer. UCLA is screening some free movies. They have two movies scheduled in March, and four in April, all of them showing at the James Bridges Theater.
Showing in March, they have "Lourdes" on the 9th, at 7:30pm, and "Harmony and Me" on the 11th, also at 7:30pm. In "Lourdes", Sylvie Testud plays Christine, a girl in a wheelchair visit Lourdes in the hopes of a miraculous recovery. "Harmony and Me" is a comedy with Bob Byington, featuring a young musician who's just broken up with his girlfriend.
These movies are playing at the James Bridges Theater, the main screening venue for UCLA, located at 102 East Melnitz Hall, in Los Angeles, California. It's a state-of-the-art theater capable of comfortably accommodating over 200 people, and is situated near the Broad Art Complex and the Murphy Sculpture Garden on UCLA's campus in Westwood.
This sounds like a great date-night idea to me, folks, especially if you're a UCLA student pinched for cash. Take your sweetie for a walk in the gorgeous Sculpture Garden, and enjoy a great free movie afterward!
