The Pajama Program provides warm, brand new bedtime clothes for children in need, along with story books for bedtimes stories. The Pajama Project feels that every child deserves the comfort of PJs and a story at bedtime, and work hard to make these thoughtful donations to children in orphanages, foster care, and group homes, where such comforts are too often forgotten or missing entirely from a child's day-to-day life. Featured on the Oprah Winfrey show and Parenting magazine, the program that started as one woman's quest has grown into a force for good, encompassing 74 chapters in 44 states nationwide and donating over 17,000 pairs of pajamas to children across the US.
