RCRD LBL is my new favorite bookmarked music site.

The name is just that, RCRD LBL, which my brain insists on reading as ‘recordable,’ or perhaps ‘record label’ but my heart just reads as ‘Squee!”

They boast ‘the hottest free music downloads, served daily’ and I have to say I was impressed. I spent the better part of two hours my first visit to the site, and I snagged scads of new music that I’m going to be enjoying for months.

Now, when they say ‘free,’ they really mean it. You can register a membership on the site, but it’s only so you can comment on songs or sign up for email notifications. You don’t have to create a user account to download songs. Don’t believe me?
