The Outside Lands music festival rocked San Francisco for the third year running this August – thousands of people attended and spent three days enjoying what has rapidly become one of the world's premier music festivals.

Did you miss it? Yeah, I did, too.

Well, for all of us who didn't make the festival, the producers have put together a FREE playlist featuring ten of the artists who were playing this year! Why, it's like a little sampler that was custom-made to make all of us who missed it not feel so bad!

Ten songs, totally free – enough to give you a taste of the good times and better music! The playlist is available as an iTunes download, and the redemption code is there on the Outside Lands festival website. Just follow our link.

All you need is an iTunes membership, and that's free, too. The songs themselves are DRM-free, and you can copy them to your iPod or mp3 player of choice (I like to use my Android phone) or even burn them to a CD. In just a few minutes, you can be sitting back with your eyes closed, listening to the Rebirth Brass Band or Langhorne Slim and imagining yourself there in sunny San Francisco, surrounded by teeming throngs of music fans. Almost as good as the real thing, and with less chance of getting lost in the crowd!

But the download code expires on September 30, so don't put this off too long. After the end of the month, this opportunity will be as over as this year's festival itself!
